My motivation for starting SB Conveyancing was to provide my clients with a flexible and mobile service that fits around their schedule, even after hours if that suits. With no compromise on professionalism, I will guarantee excellent communication throughout the process and a commitment to a stress-free outcome for you.

Based in Bridgewater, with close personal ties to the Fleurieu region, I’m ideally situated to meet with clients from across Metropolitan Adelaide and throughout the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu region.

I’m a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (SA) and work collaboratively with colleagues in the conveyancing profession when required.

My desire at all times is to make your conveyancing transaction a seamless one.

The need for a conveyancer stretches beyond simply buying and selling houses, we’re qualified to perform services in the following areas;

Whether you are buying or selling your house or land, an investment property or a commercial property, you will need the services of a registered conveyancer.

As a registered conveyancer I am qualified to transfer ownership of property. I am also able to advise and guide you through the process.

A private contract is required when the sale of property is negotiated between two parties without the involvement of a real estate agent. As a registered conveyancer I can draft a Contract of Sale and complete the necessary searches required to complete the contract.

A Form 1 is an integral part of the Contract of Sale as it discloses all required information so that a purchaser is aware of any particulars of the land that could affect their purchase.

As a registered conveyancer I am both qualified and experienced in the preparation of the Form 1.

A registered conveyancer is required to prepare the documents that are lodged with the Lands Titles Office to register a land division.

I work with your surveyor and liaise with the mortgagee (if applicable), local council, and relevant government departments for consent.

A registered conveyancer is required when transferring property between family members whether it is gifted, forms part of a divorce settlement or is a distribution pertaining to a deceased estate.

As a registered conveyancer I am both qualified and experienced in the preparation of documents required by legislation to effect the change of ownership in these matters.

Whether you have recently married or changed your name and you own property it is important to ensure that your details are correct and accurate on the title. This can alleviate any potential issues in future transactions.

This also applies to the death of a registered proprietor.

As a registered conveyancer I can prepare the necessary documents for registration with the Lands Titles Office.

Buying or selling property can be very stressful and one important aspect of the process is the Contract of Sale. It is important that you understand what you are signing by having a registered conveyancer review the contract. I can assist with this and always encourage clients to have their contract reviewed as soon as possible.

The Form 1 discloses all required information so that a purchaser is aware of any particulars of the land that could affect their purchase. I also encourage clients to have the Form 1 reviewed by a registered conveyancer before cooling off ends.
